Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods and virtual items, all sales made on the Blood MC store are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and the digital item is delivered to your account, we cannot reverse the transaction.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or store credits will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• You did not receive the item you paid for within 48 hours (and our staff verified the failure).
• You accidentally purchased the exact same item multiple times within a short time frame.

In these rare cases, you must open a support ticket on our Discord within 7 days of the transaction. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Blood MC administration team.

3. Server Bans

If you are banned, muted, or otherwise restricted from our network for violating server rules, you will lose access to your purchased items. We do not issue refunds for banned accounts.

4. Server Downtime or Closure

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, purchases do not guarantee server availability. In the unlikely event of permanent server closure, no refunds will be issued for past purchases.

5. Chargebacks

As stated in our Terms of Service, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an automatic and permanent ban from all Blood MC platforms. Always contact support first if you have an issue.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and the policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
