1. Introduction

Welcome to Blood MC. By accessing our server (`play.bloodmc.net`, or `pe.bloodmc.net:25573` for Bedrock/Pocket Edition), website, or purchasing items from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Not Affiliated with Mojang

Blood MC is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. We are a privately owned and operated Minecraft server network. Any contributions or purchases made on our store go directly towards maintaining and improving our server infrastructure.

3. User Conduct and Rules

Players must adhere to the rules established on our server and Discord. Failure to follow these rules (including but not limited to cheating, hacking, harassment, or exploiting) may result in a temporary or permanent ban from our network without refund.

4. Purchases and Virtual Items

• All virtual items, ranks, and currencies purchased on our store hold no real-world value.
• Purchasing an item does not exempt you from server rules. Banned players will not retain their ranks or items, nor receive a refund.
• We reserve the right to modify, change, or remove virtual items/ranks if necessary for game balance or technical reasons.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our server network and associated platforms. If you have an issue with a purchase, you must open a ticket on our Discord server first.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
